All cards are
printed on environmental friendly paper which are made through
Chlorine Free Process and from pulp used from sustainable Forestry Management (ie. for every tree used, several others are replanted) What is Chlorine Free? The purpose of chlorine in the papermaking process is to brighten pulp, resulting in brighter whiter paper. But using chlorine releases cancer-causing dioxins into the environment, polluting water supplies. Today better and cleaner technologies exist, which bring the same or better results without adding chlorine to our watersheds. |

Processed Chlorine Free paper is manufactured
using some portion of recycled content. This includes all recycled
fibers used as a feedstock that meet EPA guidelines for recycled or
post-consumer content. PCF papers have not been re-bleached with
chlorine containing compounds, but it is unknown if the recycled
content was bleached with chlorine or chlorine compounds. Minimum of
30% post-consumer content is required. The PCF emblem is the only
certification mark in the world that clearly identifies: |
